I am new here to selling anyhow. I set up pay pal account where I guess you are billed once a month for all seller fees. I just signed up 11/14/09 and posted an item,so when will I be billed for the first time? I looked at acount info. and it says 15th of every month so does that mean they are taking first payment out nov 15 or Dec 15? Thanks for any help!
