It's been well over the 24hrs for a payment reveiw and I've not heard anything back from pay pal I've sent numerous emails and spoke with someone over the phone who did not have any answers for me. My friend sent the money to me to help with bills my cut off day is tomorrow and I'll have NO electricity. This is almost days three of a payment reveiw.
