Hi, I have an ongoing dispute in the resolution centre at the minute. It looks as thouhg a resolution has been agreed in principle in that the item will be sent back and then the seller will credit my account the sum paid. However, it hasn't been posted back yet and paypal have emailed me to say the dispute will close automatically in 1 day. I dont want to close the dispute as the resolution is yet to be completed and would fear that the seller will just never make repayment when they receive the returned goods unless there was paypal "behind" me. Equally I dont want to escalate this to paypal at this juncture as in principle the seller has now agreed to accept a return. What can I do just to keep the existing position with the complaint remaining on the table whilst we take steps to finalise the return and credit the sum paid?
