Customers are unable to complete paypal purchases on my website <removed>. When they try and log on to paypal they get the message ‘Some of your information isn’t correct. Please try again.’ This message comes up even when they are entering all their log in details correctly. I am getting no purchases through paypal! Anybody have any ideas? ... View more

I have used the Ecwid POS app 'Sell on the Go' successfully to process payments with a PayPal card reader via PayPal Here, but this has now stopped working. After entering a sale in Sell on the Go and selecting the PayPal Here option, I get redirected to PayPal Here but without the transaction details... I can uses Paypal Here on its own ok, but that doesn't link up with my Ecwid Stock/products etc. So annoying.   Ecwid Support got me to change my IPN details and this seemed to have done the trick - but only for 1 transaction! I then received a notice from Paypal saying 'Please check your server that handles PayPal IPN messages.  Messages sent to the following URLs are not being transmitted: (Then the URL given to me by ECWID)'   I don't know what they mean by the server. I replied to the Paypal message asking for clarification but didn't receive any response.   Anyone else have problems with ECWID Sell on the Go and Paypal here?   I've got trade fairs coming up and really need to get this sorted..... ... I've issued (I think) an invoice to a customer whose card failed to work with the chip and pin reader. After sending it, I can't see any confirmation that it has been sent. Should I be able to find the invoice details? ... View more
