It says Log in go to your history click details issue refund The thing is, nothing says history? closest I get is activity and when I go there nothing says details? closest i get to details is clicking on the payment and nothing says issue refund when i get there? Im I blind or am I doing this wrong? Backstory: I bought a knife from a guy Nov 1st and December 1st he still has my knife 2 states away with my money....
