@Rachelb130301 A buyer has up to 180 days to open a paypal dispute for item received but not as described (if its over that paypal should close it). However if and only if paypal find in the buyers favour they normally have to send the item back to you at their own expense before you have to refund. If paypal find against the buyer and they funded their paypal payment via a credit card then they equally 'may' open a chargeback with their c.c. company but again there is no definate answer on who they would find in favour of.
