For some reason I can no longer use my pay after delivery on sites that I have used it on a regular basis, like ebay, eves addiction, bonanza, for the last 2 years or so....anyone know why that would happen??? Would really like for paypal reprezent as time to answer this and HOPEFULLY fix this problem!
