Opened a case because I had not received an order. The seller refused to respond to my emails. Finally they sent a tracking number through PAYPAL. PayPal reviewed it and said the item was delivered so they closed my case! I've checked the tracking information and it's says Tracking no. *************** The system is currently unable to confirm the status of your item with reference ***************. Please try again later. How on earth does that say it's been delivered. But now my issue is showing as closed. What options do I have? Post edited to comply with forum guidelines.
