I raised a dispute this evening with a vendor. When I click the transaction in my transaction summary, it correctly states that a dispute is open. However, the dispute isn't visible in the resolution centre (all tabs are empty). Therefore I'm unable to see / review /escalate /close my dispute. Have tried to look on PC and on mobile but it's just not showing. I also can't raise it again because the system thinks a dispute is already open. Can anyone help me please?
