Hello i got a Problem im from germany and the customer to i just created my paypal account and sended him 2 footballs. He paid the money but paypal cant pay it out. i sended it on a packstation and he still took it out which i can prove with sending number. As i asked to positive comment on Paypal he didnt answer anymore. And in the rules i saw im not safe if he take his money back its scammed cause its not a house delivery adress. where can i send the documents to prove he took the sending? thanks for help
