Good morning!   I have several donation subscriptions that come out of my PayPal account monthly and would like to be notified of this . I was told to go to profiles and settings and then notifications but I just can't seem to get there . Please keep it simple, not a tech person at all . I am making a donation monthly to Red Cross and went through PayPal to do this. However, inow and not it won't let me make a payment I've tried several different ways even calling. Also it says my credit line is 400 something dollars what does that mean I don't recall credit line simply put I'm very ignorant to this PayPal and I would like some information. Thank you so! ...
