Hello, I know this matter already adressed sooo many times. I try to change the name because I signed up using my father's surname, and the surname is not accounted in my bank account. I already send the 'Name Change' ticket to the paypal customer service, along with the supporting document evidence, yet I haven't received any response. Dear Paypal team, please response to this matter, I want to change/erase my last name name (so there's no surname in it) because I need the account to recieve payments and transfering it to my local bank account. Thanks. In case you are wondering, it is common in our country to have a name like this (no surname)
