Paypal is holding funds by an overseas buyer for 21 days!!!! . I thought this was something buyer did. Set up some weird escrow until they received items. So i sent an email to them .This is the stupid form letter Pay Pal sent me. It does not adequately explain that this is a PAY PAL Policy. And WHY THIS IS A PAY PAL policy SUPER ANNOYING B.S. Your funds are pending - please process this order You received a payment from XXXXX This money is being temporarily held in your pending balance. It will be held for up to 21 days. While it's being held, it won't be available for withdrawal. We'll move the money to your available balance after 21 days as long as your buyer hasn't reported a problem.
