Ich wurde genauso betrogen, habe versucht den Fall sowohl Paypal als auch Kleinanzeigen zu melden da dort offensichtlich en Userkonto mit guten Bewertungen übernommen wurde. Das ich mein Geld zum Fenster rausgeworfen habe ist klar aber dass der Betrüger unbehelligt weitermachen kann und niemand etwas unternimmt kann und will ich nicht akzeptieren!!

No you cannot. You can only transfer Cryptocurrencies if you are a US resident with an american PayPal account. Even then only the following currencies are availble so far: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Bitcoin Cash.
