PRE SALE ITEMS PROOF OF SHIPMENT

I get payment for pre-sale items. Recently my account get limited access and they need proof of shipment but I can't provide it yet cause it is PRE-SALE. And I need the money to go into production. It's so frustrating because I have never get any trouble selling pre-sale item before this. I provide suppliers receipt, my business explanation and all they need but proof of shipment. Is there any way to solve this quickly without tracking numbers? Please help. ... View more

My account get limited access. I've uploaded the required document on resolution center. After that I received e-mail that requested additional documents. I've upload it again on resolution center. It said that they will review my document and contact me within 2 business day. It has been 4 days since the last time I uploaded the documents and I don't get any notification from paypal till now. I have the same problem. Then I sent a message to paypal and said the sender can click the 'confirm receipt' so our money can be released in 2-3 days.
