I'm trying to change my name on my account to my new married name. I sent in copies of my marriage license and ID with new name/proof of address several weeks ago. I've sent several emails that have gone unresponded to. I called customer service a couple weeks ago and was told that it would take 7-10 days to process, but that amount of time has already passed and nobody has been in touch with me. Does anyone know how long it takes for PayPal to change your name after you put in a request and send in all of the required information?
