Hi, I saw somewhere on here that I can use my PayPal account like a credit card, that even if there is no money in my, I'm guessing, linked account PayPay coverers it. How does one go about using their PayPal account? I read peoplee can send me money all they need is my email account. How does this happen? Any info on any part of this will be helpful. Thank you.
