PayPal is supposed to use my balance first before accessing my bank account. Instead it accessed my bank account and caused a $45 NSF fee. This is something that PAYPAL should cover. On top of this, I am still waiting on a refund to my bank account for the money that PayPal withdrew without permission. I have been trying to sort this out since last week. I have gone to the company who I purchased the item from, and I have contacted CBC News & CBC Radio about this situation and the way that PayPal treats its customers. When will I get some help?
