Hi, I don't live in America anymore, but I cant update my address or phone number to anything outside the US. I still use my US bank account, so thats not an issue, its just my address and phone number. I'm really dissapointed in Paypals customer "service." I click on "email us" and it just takes me back to a previous screen. What a joke.
