Hello. I have a PayPal question. I have a USD PayPal account as my primary account. I just purchased something in a German on-line site. The purchase total was in euros, and I used PayPal as my payment method on the German site. My preferred payment method in my PayPal account is a certain credit card, again, in USD. Will PayPal automatically convert dollars to euros and pay my balance at the German site? Or is there something I must do first in my PayPal account? Thanks...
