David, We we would normally seek two payments. One is the deposit, returnable if the venue has no hirer damage. The other is the venue hire fee, which would be transferred to our own bank account. Our hirers include regular ones who pay monthly in arrears, plus ne of hirers. Is there a discretionary rate for Charities or have you already quoted it please? Sincerely Paul.
