This is exactly why I will not sell through eBay anymore.  I had a ring in an auction, and I ended it, because.  I had money being held.  I talked to the buyer of my last item.  She received it.  It didn't fit her right ( it was a bathing suit) and she wasn't going to leave feedback because she didn't like the  way the suit fit her.  Your money is being held, and the buyer has all the power to release it  and wont.   That's wrong. ... I totally agree. I have probably used ebay for the last time as a seller.  I sold an item that was shipped out.  The seller has recieved it.  It doesnt fit her and now she will not leave feedback.  And it keeps me from getting my money until she leaves feedback or 20 days are up.  That is crazy.  So I sent her a message.  And she asks for a refund when I clearly stated no refunds.  The item is new with the tags still on it.  Nothing wrong.  It just does not fit her.
