Non eBay transaction for $500, sold as is, out of business liquidation. Buyer files item was not as described and PayPal decides that buyer should get a refund upon returning product back. As of today, I (the seller) is out $500 for the original purchase sale, $20 shipping, and the package is lost in transit which the buyer returned. I thought PayPal would have to see me getting my item back showing "delivered" before refunding the buyer?
