I had a similar problem - subscribed to a free trial, didn't cancel it on time and woke up to a very unpleasant notification from PayPal that the money has been transferred to Lynda. I just gave a call to Lynda customer service, and a very nice lady cancelled my subscription and refunded the money with immediate effect! I am pleasantly surprised and delighted with their customer service, I honestly didn't believe it will go so smoothly.
