On my Discover card I have been charged for a product I never received & Paypal is the number shown on the card. So when I go into Paypal & look at my transactions it's not there so I don't know how to get a hold of the company that I ordered the product from & I can't talk to anyone at Paypal. Anyone have something like this happen to them?
