Trying to reach customer service is always a hassle. Call wait times are almost always 30 min. Emails go to the wrong department because they have a limited number of email "topics" to choose from in their email form. When you do send an email, you get an auto reply that usually has nothing to do with your original question, requiring you to restate your original question and send a 2nd email. A 24/7 chat feature would really be nice.

I'm having trouble with single invoices too.

Same here. Started early last week, with a pretty lengthy delay between sending the invoice and having it actually send. Same for confirmations. Yesterday, it took 6 hours for my customer to get an invoice and for me to get a confirmation that it was sent. My last customer was able to view it on his PayPal app before he actually received the email version.

Last week, my invoices were taking a long time to reach customers. It was taking just as long to receive my invoice confirmations. Last night, it took 6 hours for an invoice to send and for me to get the confirmation. Is anyone else having this issue?
