So I had the same issue, ended up doing the micro deposits and it successfully linked my bank account to Paypal, but when I tried to use uber last night the payment did not go through. I am wonder if it is possible to link the PC debit card (that has no expiry date) to PayPal. I don't see it as an option because it's neither Visa, American Express, Master Card or Discover. How do PC financial users use paypal? Is the only possible method to keep transferring money from your bank into the Wallet and use that?? Which would suck because it takes a week or so to transfer money into paypal through the bank Hope someone can help Thanks
