My Dear PayPal Community, I want to send money to my brother, who lives in Bosnia and Herzegovina, but I am not able to complitethe transaction. Do you know if I can even send money to Bosnia and Herzegovina via PayPal and if so, how? What am I doing wrong? My brother opened PayPal account, entered his bank card and sent me his email. Now, when I tried to complete the transaction, I am getting this message: "We can’t send your payment right now. If you keep running into this issue, please contact <a href="/help" target="_blank">PayPal</a>. If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service."
