@michaelzheng Think you mean a BUYER bought an item from you ?? You can insist on your policy and send the item, then wait for a dispute of 'item received but not as described' and then (as paypal tend to favour the buyer), wait for the item to be returned to you and then issue a refund then if you want to. Personally I would just refund and re-sell.
