Alright, so my friend and me are in Pakistan. I had some Payment from Fiverr that i withdraw to his PayPal Account. Since we needed to buy some stuff. But after we bought the stuff, we sent the money from his account to mine, but due to the 21 days limit, we refunded the money back. But when we tried to log in to his account, his account gives out some access issue and requires to send a Phone Call/Message at his Home Landline which is no longer in use. We tried to call PayPal, but they are not answering, tried Email and everything else aswell. We want to either get the money to my account which i need urgently or change the phone number so we can verify it. If we are asked to verify by Email, that's not an issue either but we need to access that account now and we both are in Pakistan. Anyone could help us out, any Moderator or PayPal Staff. Either transfer the money to my account or Email to change the phone number. He can't Log-in to the account so he can't connect to PayPal. We're seriously in trouble and need this money urgently.
