I would like to use PayPal to receive $5 payments from Bing rewards that I get every month but I don't have a bank account or credit card. Could I receive money without these and also use that money to pay for things online with my PayPal account? I have verified my phone number and email. I want to ask before I use my Bing points on a PayPal payment that I can't use. I was thinking I could get and send money using PayPal without ever withdrawing.
