I've had this problem as well. 64.70 USD in arrears. Tried to instantly pay it using my confirmed Debit Card but got the error message "The amount you have entered exceeds the add or withdraw funds limit." After reading this thread I thought I'll try by paying of USD20.00. It worked, that left me 44.70 in arrears; tried paying that amount but 'bam bam': "The amount you have entered exceeds the add or withdraw funds limit." So had a crack with another USD 20 - it worked; and again with another USD20.00... It worked as well. So here I am with 4.70USD in arrears - that is less than USD20; great should be able to clear this now.... nope i was wrong; tried paying the 4.70USD and bam "The amount you have entered exceeds the add or withdraw funds limit." hahaha. Let's give 4.00 USD a try - yeay it worked. only 70 cents to go....... "The amount you have entered exceeds the add or withdraw funds limit." FFS!!! 68 CENTS.... IT WORKED 2 cents to go chaps........ hold your breath, fingers cross....... "The amount you have entered exceeds the add or withdraw funds limit." RIGHT, what in the world!!!! This is not an 'account specific problem' this is a system problem because there is absolutely no logic to what I just described above.
