Hello! Someone paid me on eBay for some products But i didn’t notice i saw after a long time messages on my email with complaints that the products didn’t arrive. I contacted the person i told that i will give the money back i emailed eBay and PayPal because it doesn’t work to refund the payment and the buyer didn’t Tell me the email adress So i can send the money back What should i do?
