PayPal Community

So I made a payment, and didnt realize they hadnt charged my account, so it bounced. But paypal paid it and gave me a negative balance. 3 days later they removed the money from my account for the total, but my account is still in negative. I tried calling Paypal but all I get is a prompt to speak to a "sister company" where I cant speak to anyone and the message inbox says its full so I cant leave a message.
