They just sent me a message saying they have a tracking number. I looked and it said tracking number was created May 8th. I know this is a lie so how do I get proof to send this to PayPal so they will finally refund me? It would not let me post the full email address. @Kern I did not close my dispute. PayPal did it themselves. I opened my email today to look at it and is said it was denied and when I got on my account it says its closed! I messaged them but I have not heard back yet.  ... View more

I was also scammed by this company. I didn't even get a tracking number or an email. I contacted PayPal about this matter and they refused me! I use PayPal because I thought they protected us from this. Obviously they don't really investigate these cases or we would all have our situations taken care of. I will no longer be using PayPal since they refuse to take care of this. I will be reporting this elsewhere along with a report on PayPal. PayPal needs to be held responsible for this at this point.
