Hello everyone I am living in Vietnam, and want to buy a shoes from seller in USA, but the shipping fees from USA to VN is too expensive. So i asked him i about i pay for him then he send the package to my friend in California, she will receive and bring it to me. But he said he can't do it, he just can ship it to Paypal Address. What i need to do now ? I want to add new address in California, is that possible? My primary address is Vietnam, so when i tried to add more address, i just can add an address in Vietnam, not USA
