Greetings, today I’m here in search of a suggestion. First of all i need to say that I'm a digital service seller, in some VideoGames or relateds. Yesterday I saw I had some disputes from one of my old customers, I didn’t response those yet because I was trying to contact to the customer (since we had like 3 months without talking, because he finished to buy my digital service in July and he wasn’t interested on keep buying it) to see what happened.. Early today, finally I got a response from the customer, he told me that like one week ago he noticed someone hacked his accounts, including bank, stealing part of his money, so he called the bank and they (the bank) start an investigation about that.. I asked him about the disputes, he answered me that was the bank the one that starts them, so he can’t cancel them because he can’t log in his PayPal account, because is blocked.. Again I asked him to call PayPal to see if there are a way to fix this, he told me that PayPal said that we need to wait until the investigation finished. But I don’t know what to do, I mean, should I wait until the investigation finished? Or Should I response the disputes with all the information he gave me, to show all our agreements were good, and the digital service was delivered correctly and in time?. He told me repeatedly to don’t worry about these disputes, that he will fix them. But I don’t know if PayPal works in that way, I mean, will compromise the investigation If I response those disputes? Will be bad if I response those?, what should I do?. Because I don’t know why our agreements get compromised, since he was the one that made them, and the digital services were delivered. Thank you for any suggestion.
