Ok, so I have been trying to send money overseas to a woman in New Zealand in trade for a new iphone but every **bleep** time i try to make a transaction it tells me I can't at this time. I have no idea what else to do bc everything is up to date and my email and phone number have been confirmed. I even had the nerve to create a new account just too see if it would work and still nothing.. I need serious answers asap!!
