paid for a product, recieved it, then bill from pay-pal came, showed that i was late in paying back to pay-pal, my question is, i disputed this thru pay-pal and refund was given, but there is still the late charge to my account, do i stiil have to pay the late charge? i was very happy that pay-pal helped me get the refund, when the seller would not refund back to me,
