I have dealt with paypal 2 other times in the past 2 months. This is my 3rd transaction with paypal, my paycheck is currently on hold or pending. I hope I do not have to wait 21 days as I need to pay bills with the amount that is currently on pended. Why all of a sudden is this happening and it did not happen the other 2 times before?
