I received an item of clothing from newchic which was too small. When I attempt to contact them to exchange it they do not recognize the purchase order number and will not allow me to send them a message without it. I'm confident about the purchase order number which is the same in PayPal as in newchic . I have no way to contact them. I feel stuck.
