Hi there I bought through PayPal, to be safe and as they advertise, the service of filing a patent application at the US Patent & Trademark Office from Lawyer who also drafted the patent just before. What I get was, unfortunately, a fake application filing receipt. After a long story of email finally, I opened a case at PayPal. The Patent office confirmed that under that number of the application filing there was no patent application registered, it is not existing. I want now my money back I do not get it back from the Guy and also Paypal is saying it is ok and closed the case. How can I complain at PayPal and how do I get my $ 1200.
