My story is like this: I sold steam keys (basically a text file) to some guy on 16 Aug 2017. I sent him the files via email. He replied : Ok I got them. Thanks. On 2 Nov I got a claim on paypal that he didn't receive this item. I sent him emails, I tried to communicate with him on paypal dispute center. He didn't reply. Just escalated. I sent print screens(even video )to paypal clearly showing that the buyer has received(even used to keys he ordered). Surprise: case decided in favor of buyer. So, PAYPAL Supports Scammers ?? All a scammer need to do is click a button : I don't receive this item and get money back?
