I had this problem too and just solved it on the phone with tech support. The payment was in euros, which were not enabled in my "wallet" settings. Once I enabled euros in the wallet tab, the payment was automatically accepted. Hope this helps.

Hi, I was having a similar problem where I got an error message when trying to accept a payment in euros. I just got off the phone with tech support, and it turns out in my "wallet" settings, I hadn't enabled euros as a currency, so the euro payment wasn't allowed to go in my wallet. Hope this helps.

I've been having this problem since September 25. I spoke on the phone with customer service in early October. They said they were working on it, and that it was specifically happening with non-US currency. I'd be really interested to hear if there are any updates about this.
