Hello, When I am try to access my account I am getting this message "We are not able to process your request. Please try again later." Can someone explaining me what is happening? Also I have disputed a case with an eBay seller and eBay is unable to refund me because I have opened a case here. Today ending the date limit that the seller he must respond. I have contacted him many times without his response. Furthermore paypal doesn't refund me until as his limited day ending today.
