OK I'm freaking tired of this dumb PayPal waiting 21 day bull after selling on ebay. It's already 2x that PayPal cancels my payments that I received from eBay customers saying that the funds were not claimed. Well how the **bleep** do they want me to claim it when they place a **bleep** 21 day hold and I can't even confirm my identity by text, call or the other option someone please help
