I've been experiencing serious issues concerning my PayPal. I tried sending funds from my PayPal balance to other paypal, but i keep on receiving error message saying " can't send funds now" coupled with other texts as in the picture Here it is... What u receive But if i try some other paypal emails, it worked while over 10 PayPal email refused to work. Please i need solutions. This is my first time seeing this
