No, I bought the item twice because the first time they said there was an error, but then when I re-purchased, it said I had bought it twice. I am just asking if anyone has had this happen, and what they did to fix it.  ... View more

Help with refund and fraud seller.

I bought an iPad on ebay through two separate transactions and got charged $41.99 for both. Ebay notified me that the seller was fraudulent and I needed to contact PayPal for my refund. I cancelled the order on PayPal, but I got charged $41.99 on my bank account. On PayPal, it says my refund is pending, but it says it was issued to PayPal balance on October 6, 2017. When I check my balance, it says $0. Today, I got charged another $41.99 via an Echeck to my bank account. I thought this was the refund, but I got CHARGED $41.99 for it. So basically, I have been charged $84 for nothing that I have recieved and an order that I cancelled. It is now October 10 and I have yet to get a refund, and I have contacted PayPal multiple times with no response. My last contact with them was when I said this,  "I am contacting you guys again for the third time because no one has responded to me. I ordered something on ebay twice for $41.99, then, ebay contacted me and said that the purchase was from a fraud seller. They said that I need to contact you, PayPal, for my refund. I cancelled the payment on here, but got charged once for $41.99 to my bank and on PayPal, it says that I was issued a refund for $41.99 to my PayPal balance, yet, on my PayPal balance, it says that I have a $0 balance. To make matters worse, today, I was charged an ECheck for $41.99. This means that I was charged $84 for nothing and have not been able to get a response from you or any sort of refund." Please help.
