Hi! Hope that someone can advise me please? I have made a purchase, checked out and paid via PayPal as requested... now the seller says that the email address in her PayPal account was wrong and wants to invoice me again via another, similar address. However, I have received confirmation from PayPal that payment has been made and that she has been asked to send it, so I am not prepared to pay her again. What else can no do, if anything?
