How do we escalte things with Paypal - looks like with a lot of people i have limitations on my account with money tied up. I have completed the tasks as directed by resolution centre - believe waiting on Paypal to verify and lift limits - they have missed their own indicated SLAs so what are the next steps - having no luck with email or phone So how do we hold them to account ? any advice is greatly welcome
